My name is Anna, and I have loved cooking since I was a child. But after 40, I noticed:
my favorite knives began to fatigue my hand, and the wooden board was absorbing odors and getting moldy.
This was not only inconvenient - it was dangerous to my health.
That's how our kit came to be: a lightweight knife and antimicrobial board, with care for every woman like her mom.
We create products that we use ourselves.
Together with my husband, we decided to find a solution - simple, reliable and safe.

It all started in an ordinary kitchen
My wife Anna and I have been filming cooking videos for many years. It all began in a small kitchen, with an old knife and our grandmother's favorite recipes. Every day we cooked, filmed, and shared homey comfort with the world. That's when we first noticed how important a good knife is—it saves time, effort, and makes cooking more enjoyable.
Hundreds of videos and thousands of comments
Our videos were watched by millions of people, especially older women. They wrote that they suffered from dull knives and uncomfortable cutting boards. We realized: the problem wasn't just ours. We began searching for perfect kitchen tools for ourselves and our viewers.
Long search and first trial
We studied dozens of models, materials, factories. Tested dozens of knives and boards. After many failures, we found that very factory in Japan where they make Damascus steel knives. We ordered the first prototype—and fell in love. Beauty, sharpness, balance. Finally, this was the knife.
Birth of EverEco brand
We decided: time to share this with others. Thus EverEco brand was born—combining eternal reliability (Ever) and eco-friendliness (Eco). We chose natural materials, refused plastic, and created beautiful gift packaging. Everything—from scratch, with soul.
Hundreds of satisfied customers and gifts to loved ones
Today our knife is already in kitchens around the world. It's given to mothers, grandmothers, friends. Women write to us: "Cooking has become a joy again!" And we continue working—so every woman can feel care in the details.
